journomixza was founded by working broadcast professionals in the United Kingdom to close the gap between media theory and the practical skills needed on a live production deck.
From studio floors to a dedicated broadcast academy
journomixza began as an internal training programme inside a regional broadcaster, teaching new staff how to run a control room under real transmission pressure. Demand from freelancers, streaming teams, and other stations led us to open our doors as a standalone academy.
Today we train camera operators, vision mixers, and production managers across the United Kingdom, using the same equipment and workflows found in live television and streaming productions.
