Subject to the preceding paragraph, the total liability of journomixza for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim. journomixza shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, data or business opportunity.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless journomixza, its staff and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your misuse of the site or course materials.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to use alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force.
